Every DeskView account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is required to start it. You sign up with just an email and a password. You are not charged anything during the trial.
You are only ever charged if you choose to add a card and subscribe after the trial ends. If you decide DeskView isn't for you, you simply do nothing: your access ends when the trial is over, and because we never took a card, you are never billed. Nothing is charged automatically.
Because the free trial gives you a full opportunity to evaluate DeskView, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your account page. When you cancel:
We want you to be treated fairly. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using DeskView for a paid period, contact us at support@deskview.co.za and we will review it in good faith and put it right where appropriate.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
